Shipping & Handling Policy

Shipping Time:

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.  Once shipped, please allow 5-7 days to receive items.  During the holiday season, please allow up to 7-10 business days for processing orders prior to shipment. We do not offer expedited shipping options for faster delivery at this time.  Please note that shipping delays caused by carriers beyond our control might also occur. Thank you in advance for your patience.

Shipping Destinations:

Our shipping destinations include all 50 states in USA, U.S. territories, USPS P.O. Boxes, and Military APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We also ship to all Canadian provinces.  We currently do not offer international shipping outside of the locations listed above.

Shipping Methods:

All orders are shipped and delivered via UPS and USPS.  Items that are marked delivered by UPS or USPS will be considered delivered for the purposes of processing returns if needed.  Xtended Threads is not responsible for any stolen and/or missing packages after items are marked as delivered. 

Shipping & Handling Rates:

Xtended Threads offers Free Shipping for all U.S.A orders over $100. Any order under $100 USD, shipping rates will apply, See pricing calculations during checkout.  Shipping rates exclude any custom and/or import taxes that may apply.  You are responsible for any fees incurred from your shipment.  Xtended Threads is not responsible for any delays due to customs.  Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable.

Tracking and Confirmation:

Upon placing your order, you will automatically receive a confirmation email.  Once your order has shipped, a second email containing the tracking number/details will be sent (always check your spam/junk folder as well).  Please ensure that you provide an accurate and up-to-date shipping address.  If you realize you have entered an incorrect address, please contact our customer service immediately support@xtendedthreads.com and we will do our best to accommodate.  In the event changes cannot be made, please contact the carrier to have your package rerouted.  Xtended Threads is not responsible for orders delivered to customers that provided incorrect addresses.
