Return Policy
Return Eligibility:
We want you to love your purchase. If you're not entirely satisfied, you can return eligible unworn, unused items within 7 days of the delivery date for STORE CREDIT ONLY. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges or refunds. Items marked as FINAL SALE or purchased during PROMOTIONAL SALES cannot be returned. Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable with the exception of defective or wrong items being returned.
Return Conditions:
Returned items must be postmarked no later than 7 days from the delivery date to be eligible for store credit. Customers are responsible for return shipping. All returned items undergo inspection before processing the store credit. Please ensure items are in new, unworn, and unwashed condition with tags attached. Xtended Threads reserves the right to evaluate and refuse any return that shows signs of wear. Returned items must be sent back in their original packaging to be considered for store credit. Items sent back without the appropriate packaging will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Ensure you obtain authorization by initiating a return request before returning any items. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted and returned to sender. Items returned/postmarked after 7 days from date of delivery will not be accepted. No exceptions.
Damaged, Defective, Wrong, or Missing Items:
Thoroughly inspect your order once received and report any issues within 7 days of marked delivery date. If you happen to receive any damaged, defective, or incorrect item please contact our customer service at support@xtendedthreads.com with photos of damage, defect , or wrong item and your order number so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
Processing Time :
Once a return has been approved and items received, please allow 3-5 business days for return processing. Upon completion, you will then be notified with your store credit via email (please be sure to always check your spam/junk folder for email as well).
