Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track the status of your order using this number on our website.
Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we cannot modify it or make changes. Therefore, please be sure to double-check your items for correct size, color, and accurate address before placing an order. No cancellations are allowed at this time.
We accept major credit cards, (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal for online purchases.
You can return eligible unworn, unused items with tags attached within 7 days of the delivery date for STORE CREDIT ONLY. Items marked as FINAL SALE or purchased during PROMOTIONAL SALES cannot be returned.
We do not offer exchanges or refunds. If you need to exchange an item for another size, we welcome you to go through the return process in accordance with our return policy and a store credit will be issued in order for you to make a new purchase. All items marked final sale including but not limited to leggings, biker shorts, bodysuits, accessories and any item purchased during promotional sales cannot be returned for store credit.
To initiate a return, please contact us. Ensure you obtain authorization by initiating a return request before returning items. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted and returned to sender. Please make sure to initiate your return within the 7-day window from date of delivery.
If for any reason your order is returned to Xtended Threads due to incorrect information provided by the customer, you will be refunded in form of a Xtended Threads gift card, minus the shipping fee.
Yes we offer digital gift-cards that never expire. Once you purchase a gift card, a code will be emailed to you that can be used in our store for purchases.
Once your order is shipped, please allow 5-7 business days to receive your items. An email confirming your shipment and order details will be sent to you. During the holiday season, processing and shipment times may be longer. Please note that shipping delays caused by carriers beyond our control might occur, we appreciate your patience in advance.
We currently ship to all 50 states in USA, including U.S. territories, USPS P.O. Boxes, and Military APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We also ship to all Canadian provinces. We currently do not offer international shipping outside of the locations listed above.
First, always refer to the garment care label for specific care instructions. To ensure the longevity of your clothing we recommend turning the garment inside out and machine washing it in cold water using a gentle cycle or hand wash. While drying, it’s best to avoid the traditional dryer method as it can be damaging. Instead, lay garment flat to hang and drip-dry. If you choose to use a dryer, tumble dry on a low heat setting. There may be a small percentage of shrinkage if you opt for the traditional dryer. Please avoid ironing over printed or embroidered areas to preserve quality of garment. Again, always check specific care instructions mentioned in product description, as some items might be labeled as dry clean only.
